Since the launch of our new restaurant No 43 this summer, we have been really delighted with the reviews and feedback both from regular patrons, new diners and local food critics.

Both restaurant guests and those attending a wedding or function are enjoying the new sophisticated décor and some of the additional twists to our menu range.

What hasn’t changed is the superb quality of food and service presented by our kitchen brigade and restaurant team, where quality always comes to the fore.

We are delighted to announce some staffing changes, welcoming the return of Andrei Moisa who has been appointed as our new Restaurant Manager. Following the resignation of our longstanding restaurant manager, Jane Bailey, Andrei now heads up the restaurant team, with a real commitment to ensuring guests have the most pleasurable dining experience. We thank Jane for her many years of dedicated service, and know she is a tough act to follow.

Another change to our Food & Beverage team is the promotion of Andy Jenkins to the role of Functions Manager. Andy will oversee the restaurant and dining service for all functions booked at the hotel, supervising our dedicated waiting staff.
