If you’ve visited Hotel Miramar recently you will have had the chance to say hello to our new Front of House Manager Miguel Bravato. Miguel, who has many years’ experience working in the hotel and hospitality industry says he is delighted to be working at Hotel Miramar and already feels well and truly at home as part of ‘Team Miramar’.
Miguel said, “Hotel Miramar has always enjoyed a reputation for quality and customer service, so I am very pleased to take up this management role with them. The staff and the customers are so very friendly and welcoming, it’s like a big family, so I know I’ve made an excellent career move.”
As its such a busy time of year, Miguel has had to hit the ground running, overseeing the customer service team in the bar, Drawing Room and Terrace. Hotel Manager Theo Iakimov added “There is so much hotel competition in Bournemouth that it is vital that we offer something a little bit out of the ordinary. Hotel Miramar is a traditional hotel with contemporary twists, but it’s the staff and their friendliness that customers always remember. In the summer months we are especially busy, but Miguel and his team do a grand job in making every guest feel very special.”
